  2. How Much does the homeowner have to pay on each claim?
    There is a standard deductible per claim in Wisconsin of $75 (subject to terms and conditions of the HMS Warranty plan).
  3. When a seller purchases a Home Warranty are they covered during the listing period?
    Yes!
  4. How long does the coverage last?
    One year from the date of the closing for the buyer.
  5. Who should I call if I have a claim?

  6. When cal I call the claim's department?
    Assistance is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
  7. When does my coverage begin?
    For the buyer: on the day of closing. For the seller: at the time of listing (provided the agent calls in an application).
  8. How many claims can I make?
    There is no limit to the number of claims you can make.
  9. How much does it cost to extend my coverage for another term?
    Currently, $395 (or whatever the rate is at the time).
